Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Weight - Up 0.4 pounds. This sucks. I am not getting anywhere. I feel like I am just spinning my wheels.

Exercise - Ran 21 miles & 2 upper body workouts.

Food - Mindless eating. Not sure how to stop it.

Mood - Okay

Have you tried using My Fitness Pal?  It is what I'm using to track my food, calories and macros and it is so helpful.  I use the free app on my phone.

I have. Tracking is doable, but I really struggle with snacking at work. I have made an appointment with a functional medicine doctor & it includes a talk with a health coach ( dietician) I hope working with her will help.
