No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Weekly update - Zero loss. At least I stopped gaining!

Exercise - Running 5 days & Upper body workout 2 days.

Food - I really need to focus here. Maybe I munch due to hunger & not just thoughtless munching.

Mood - Working on trying to see the positive side of things. We can't change things, we can change how we react.

Have you figured out what fills you best and keeps you satisfied longest?  Maybe time for some experimenting?  That can make a huge difference.
