I have made it into the 130's just barely! I'm so glad I'm continuing my progress. I have a vacation coming up in a month and I'm motivated to get my butt into a bathing suit!
I weighed in at 140.8 today! I'm not complaining, I promise, but I am losing at a faster rate lately than what I had been and I haven't changed anything. I wish I knew why, so that I can keep up the trend! Have a great week!
Good morning! I'm happy to report that I've lost 15.3 pounds since July with a few months in the fall of maintenance before I got back into weight loss mode! I'm really itching to get into the 130's. I have to start walking. I've been thinking about it and just not doing it. My wardrobe has expanded because clothes that were put aside that didn't fit me this time last year, fits me now :) Some are actually a little loose! YOOHOO!

It's encouraging to see a whole pound lost, after loosing small amounts for so long. I'm still doing what I have been doing all along. I'm tracking my calories and macros in MFP, weighing my food on my kitchen scale, prepping lunches ahead of time for work and planning/prepping dinners ahead of time. It's been a couple weeks since I've logged on to btl and since I've stepped on the scale. With all the travel I was doing I didn't want a disappointment. So I waited and here I am with another small loss. I'm happy and motivated to move forward. I'm consistently logging my food into MFP and cooking lots of new recipes lately which is lots of fun!
So I found out on Monday of this week that my boss was taking me to Boston on Business Wed-Fri of this week. So that meant I had 7 meals out over the last couple days...I usually WI on Friday morning but because I wasn't home I couldn't. I would have when I woke up this morning, but I totally forgot because I had to get up and out early for my daughter's basketball playoff game. Hello! Is anybody out there? I got to leave work early for the snow today :) I'm still at it losing weight. I'm using my fitness pal for tracking. I just wanted to stop by to say hello. I have now been diagnosed with migraines. I've been headache free for a week now, so feeling tons better. But I'm still feeling a little weak and shaky. Idk if something more is going on or if it is just part of it. I've had good days and bad days with food. I didn't post last week because I was away for a few days to Cape Cod, with my best friend. We had a great time even though I haven't been feeling 100%.
I'm honestly not sure how I lost a pound in the last 2 weeks. We ate out on the cape for all of our meals and I wasn't totally careful. I haven't been good about logging what I ate for the last couple weeks...But since I haven't felt well I have not had much of an appetite.

It seems like to scale is in slow motion for me. Although looking at my average since I started, at appears that I'm right were I should be. I'm down 7.5 lbs in 8 weeks so that's just under a pound a week, not bad. I'll just keep on chugging along.

My weight this morning is the same as last week (150.8) but, every other time I've stepped on the scale I was up! So seeing the same weight today was a happy thing! I want to break into the 140's, hopefully in the next couple weeks!

So last week with my belly upset, I was concerned that I wouldn't lose or might even gain. I wasn't eating much but then when I did eat it wasn't my usual healthy diet I wanted pretty much straight up carbs. Also I didn't get any walks or hikes in! So I'm really glad to see a nice loss on the scale this week!

I've not felt great since Monday little appetite and on and off nauseous. Monday and Tuesday I didn't even eat half of the salad that I packed for work. Today I was feeling much better until after lunch. I'm not sure what is going on with me but when I do want to eat I want pure carbs, rice, oatmeal...bland carb-y foods. I'm hoping that I feel better soon so I can get back to my normal eating!

So at first glance I was thinking that I needed to experiment and lower my calories. I stayed the same last week but had good losses the 2 weeks prior and now another loss. Looking at the big picture, this is week 4 and I have lost 5 pounds total! That is not bad at all and I'll take it and be happy! I'm not suffering at all with the slightest hunger. I'm not upset at all I was on target all week and I even started a little bit of exercise. I forgot to discuss with my doctor, last week if I had the ok to start a little bit of exercise. In my head as long as I'm not pushing myself and putting too much strain on my joints I think he would actually welcome it.

Today was WI day and I'm down another 1.5 LBS! That's pretty good considering that we had our older daughter's graduation party this past Sunday! It was fantastic but exhausting! I cooked for 2 days then we had the party, it was a blur, then we had to clean up, pack up both cars, drive home then unpack everything, I was exhausted, maybe even a little dehydrated. I felt ill.
