Doin okay

I'm doing alright exercise wise. I swam on Monday it was a little slow but I did it. Tuesday I ended up going out with friends so I didn't run. However I made up for it tonight by running and swimming both. I ran a 13 minute mile on the treadmill which wasn't too bad and then I swam a half mile in 29 minutes which was good.

Today

No progress food or exercise wise today. I really just had a free for all. Not really a good thing but I didn't have plans to do anything either so I'm not disappointed. I did go clothes shopping today and found some shirts that made me feel pretty good so I'll take that. It's really difficult for me to find clothing that I love myself in that this is always a good thing and a big hurdle for me when I do find clothes that I love. tomorrow I'll be swimming. Trying again...

Lets give this a go again. I don't know what it is about this blog but it never feels quite right. So I start then I stop and forget about it for a while and then I try again to give it a go because I need something, help, support? I dunno what. So here I am again. hello

On track for the most part. I started c25k on Monday. It's changed since the last time I did it. It's only three days a week instead of 4. And it's 8 weeks instead of nine. But I did day 2 of week one this morning tomorrow is day 3. Since I was expecting 4 days of running I'm debating calling the 4th day free for all zombie run day. accomplished!

It's been a little while. I've been working my ass off then I got lazy (well deserved). I completed my triathlon last Sunday. The run was about what I expected and took me the exact time that I planned. The bike ride was rough. The hills sucked and doing it after running three miles was hard. exhausted

I've kept up with my training. I'm tired, I'm sore my knees hurt but going and doing well. My running is still a little slow but I'm getting back on track. My biking and swimming are doing well. I think after the triathlon I'm going to take a couple weeks break and then I'm going to go back to running. And I might consider weight training we'll see how much I can dedicate to that I really don't like it or enjoy it but maybe I can learn to like it?

exhausted

doing better

Biking went way better than running. I was actually faster than I was before I got lazy. Tomorrow I run again well see if i do better than Monday. I also saw my chiropractor yesterday I was all messed up but I expected it because of the rides in Disneyland. But i didn't expect the soreness after the adjustment, I've never been this sore after getting adjusted but he did warn me that I would have inflammation for the next couple days. been a while

I'm behind. I got lazy and then i went put of town for work and then vacation. And while I walked a lot on vacation (13 miles daily) I didn't train at all. So now I'm back at it. hitting a lull

I'm having problems keeping myself together. Last week started off awesome but then got scrappy. On Wednesday I didn't work out but I fully intended to exercise after work only to get home and have to take my dog to the ER, she's okay but didn't exercise. Then Thursday to Sunday I was sick. feeling better

I did better this week. I did miss one day of training and I have no excuse, I was just lazy. But otherwise I've been on top of things. Yesterday I even biked and ran and I biked on the street not on my wind trainer. It was freezing the temps were low then you add in the wind from riding, I couldn't feel my fingers. Then running after was rough because my body was so cold. Next time more clothes and gloves for sure.

rough going

Last week was a little hard on me. I started off good and then I crashed mentally. I had a bad day at work and its still affecting me. I didn't swim on Thursday because I woke up with a headache and I intended on doing it after work but shit happened and I came home and cried instead and it went down hill from there. first week back at it

Did great trained every day including today. I got up early did my run then went to brunch with my bf and his family. Yesterday I got my bike out of storage and its currently at the shop getting new tubes, liners, front and rear flashers and a tune up for gears breaks etc. I'm actually really excited about riding and going some where instead of staying stationary. I'm feeling better although now I've got allergies instead. I'm on day 22 of hitting my 10k step goal. And i started up training again today after taking a week off. Getting back into the groove wasn't as bad as I expected. Also yesterday I made my Sprint triathlon official by registering. I'm excited but nervous. The heat is scaring me a little. i finally succumbed

It finally hit me as hard as I tried to keep it at bay. I'm sick. Sinus infection and all its happy fun times it brings. Not the worst I've had and honestly I'm more exhausted than anything because I'm sleeping horribly. I've now missed two days of training. I'm sad but not stressed over it. I know if I exercise through it it'll just last longer. So I'm working towards rest and doing a whole lot of nothing although I couldn't give up getting my 10k steps in each day. On week two of my resting which means relaxed training. It feels lazy honestly and I'm ready to get going again. Next week it'll pick up again and won't stop until the Disneyland trip. Got a rest day in today, granted though this whole week has been a rest week. still training but my training plan has me doing less time for each thing so it's been a little lazy. ooh its been a while

I'm alive and well! I'm keeping up with my training, I haven't missed a day yet. I'm up to about 12mph on biking my running and swimming are the same. After I get paid tomorrow my triathlon registration will be official. I'm doing pretty good. I'm hoping in the next couple of weeks to get my bike out of storage and tune it up so I can switch to real biking from the wind trainer. Still at it.

So I biked last Wed which I think I posted about. I ran on Thursday and got in 1.96 miles or something like that so my pace on the indoor track and my pace outside are pretty close which i'm happy about. Friday I swam for 30 min even though when I got home I realized I needed to go 35 but whatever I'll get over it. Saturday I rested but still got in my 10k steps. Back in the game

So I continued to rest the remainder of last week. My knee still wasn't feeling it and I didn't think it a good idea to push things. I'm glad I rested up I'm feeling back to normal and I'm not concerned anymore. I have banned myself from the treadmill though because I seem to tweak my knee every time I start using it again.
