Hi!I haven't posted in quite a while, but I am still headed down the correct path. My husband and I purchased a work out program. We are working out every morning! 5AM!!! I recently started using my fitness pal to track my food. And that is soooo much easier than hand tracking it all. I also joined a gym. I am a mom to 3. Ranging from 5 to 12. I am a drafter for a private Engineering firm, and I have a wonderful, supportive Husband. I have been on the weight loss roller coaster my entire life. Lost 80 pounds about 5 years ago. Kept it off a year and have gained it back. Starting over now! Loving life and want the outside to reflect how I feel on the inside.

Hi!

I haven't posted in quite a while, but I am still headed down the correct path. My husband and I purchased a work out program. We are working out every morning! 5AM!!! Weigh in Day jitters

Today is a weight in day. I have been doing very well this month. For 35 days I have tracked EVERYTHING I put into my mouth. I have made healthy choices and even started working out every morning with my AMAZING husband....5am...Now that's commitment....So WHY am I always so nervous to weight in. Honestly even if the number on the scale doesn't go down, that is not an honest reflection of the healthy choices I am making. Every day I track, and each time I work out, those are the things that…

Soooo, I fell off the band wagon but I am 27 days back on. I am tracking EVERYTHING and working out 5 days a week. My kids are also working out with me. I am seeing a nutrionist and learning to make some healthier choices..

Starting weight 303

Current Weight 281

Pounds lost so far = 22 total!

As a large person, it is not fun to go shopping. I don’t like finding an outfit I love it no in a size that fits. I mean come on, just because I am large does not mean I want to only wear Disney characters…LOL…I have a lot of clothes in my closet. Most are from my weight loss a few years ago. I only have a few items that fit at the moment. I do have a few pairs of size 24 pants, my current size, that do not fit. You get it. Some clothes are made smaller than others….drum roll…
