So I was just checking out the Live Fit program (http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/jamie-eason-livefit-trainer.html)
I am going to give it a try. Love that the workouts are already figured out. I may have to tweak the meal plan a little as I am NOT a supplement fan, but if I make good choices I should be ok.
Today I made dinner in the crockpot.
Cut up some more fruit for snacks/breakfasts.
Ate well and tracked everything!
I couldn't seem to motivate myself to workout, but I WILL workout tomorrow.
Also planned out the rest of the weeks dinners and wrote up shopping list.
Down another two pounds this week. I am VERY happy with this as I seemed to have fallen off the wagon for awhile. I bought some new workout clothes. I have my list ready for grocery shopping tomorrow. Making turkey burgers in the morning for lunches this week. Need to figure out what time I need to get up in order to work out, shower and be ready to leave for work on time. Will have to start going to bed WAY earlier to do that....

I cannot believe how horrible the last week has been. But I posted a comment here on someone else's post....It is amazing that someone typing the words "holding my hand out for you" can make such a huge impact on me. I am typing with tears in my eyes.
I have a great husband, whom I often take for granted. I have two amazing little boys, whom I often want to hold onto so tight. I have a good job that pays well, which I don't always remember to be grateful for.
