I just bought Slim in 6 and my start day will be this Sunday. I have done Power 90 and loved the results. After a recent re-gain of weight, I thought this program might be the change I need to re-charge myself and my weight loss.

I had a wreck 5/4 and thought by now I would be off restrictions with my injuries and ready to rock this out but yesterday the Physical therapist said No. Maybe at the end of the week. Until then I am walking everyday and watching my diet. I found some pictures today going through a scrapbook. Not sure what I weighed in the first picture but know that I was miserable  the 2nd picture I remember so clearly. I tried on the dress thinking it wouldn't fit and it did. I cried in the dressing room. For the first time ever  I felt pretty! I will never go back to the first woman!

Tomorrow I will have completed 2 weeks of Start it Up and will be starting Ramp it Up on Sunday. I love it. I know I've not lost weight, but I feel great!

I finally completed week 6. It did tighten me up but there was no weight loss. A good program but I think I need to try something else.
