Good Morning Paula! I am in the midst of changing jobs and it has thrown me for a real loop! Just lots of little random time suck sorts of things. I really enjoyed your post about the Farmer's Market. The latest thing I have been doing is pickling. I'll toss up a quick blog about it today--I promise!
The truth is a lot better than lies for sure. It has just been such a tough first year together. I am hopeful that by blogging my feelings and reasons behind eating that I can get that back in control. Here's hoping that year two together is MUCH better than year one was.
I did Jillian Michaels Body Revolution about 6 months ago...really great program...I just finished T25...I LOVE Shaun T!!! I did find I had to add in more cardio and ST...am going to use it for those days when I just need a little more me time...but I'm doing a Combat and PUMP hybrid right now :)
So my food day is officially over. I was able to get two sport top bottles of water down. It wasn't easy, but I did it. Remember when I used to drink 3-4 liters a day? Now I can barely get one down! I also tracked everything I ate. In detail. It was a lot, but I am "OK" with it because I didn't eat out once today (yay) and I did figure out the points plus values of the things I could. Even though there were several things I couldn't figure out the values for I still went way over my daily allowance, but I feel good about today.
You can find Coconut Flour at Trader Joes or any Whole Foods/Organic Type Foods store. It has a nutty flavor/texture to me. I found the pancake recipe on Pinterest. Just type in Paleo Pancakes and dozens will show up.
