No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

That's me. The inconsistent yo-yo.
Success. Failure. Success. Failure.

Frustrated.

Feeling defeated.

Even admitedly jealous of my sister who just lost 85 lbs on WW--I joined, and followed to a T but it did not work for me--wishing she had wanted to do it together.

Not feeling sorry for myself (much)

But wanting so bad to be healthy (and wonderful looking) even though I am over 40. 100 pounds to go.

No easy way to do it that is healthy, but wishing I could do the consistent hard work that I know it takes.

I told my daughter just yesterday that you'll go through life miserable and unhappy as long as you compare yoourself to others.

Compared to a few years ago, is there any difference?

If not (or if you're more), you can decide that as of today, you'll change that.  Put your thinking cap on and figure out why you've  yo yoed and why certain "diets" have worked and why some haven't worked for you.  Once you have that figured out, maybe you (or we) can figure out a plan for success for you. :)

I would keep looking at diet & exercise plans until I found one that worked for me. I found many diets and exercise plans did not work for me when they did for others. I just kept looking and to be honest, mine is a combo of several. The #1 thing is finding a diet you can follow for the rest of your life. You can do it.
