No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Here I am at week 11 and I gained a pound. I'm honestly not surprised. This week I failed to use Spark People to log every meal. Most days I logged breakfast lunch & a snack or 2 then never logged anything past the afternoon. Now I didn't eat bad by any stretch of the imagination but, I know that I didn't eat enough fruits and veggies and I didn't drink enough water. Those two things totally mess with my weight. I would also help if I was fitting in the exercise but I'm not. As much as I want to I have to make school #1 right now and it is consuming much time. I'm not mad at myself, I really needed this wake up call in order to get myself re-focused! Now I really want that pound gone for next week!
What do I want to go do right now? Go for a walk in this crispy fall weather, but I can't. I have to get my school work done. It is pretty daunting actually. I have a big English project that is due on Friday and it has to be written in MLA format, yuck! Then I have to get caught up in Algebra because there are some sections that I struggled through and we have our first test early next week. So today I'm working on English hoping to make a big dent in that project. Then I have to find the tutoring schedule and make time get in to work on Algebra! My schedule is further cramped because I
have a weekly meeting now for the new job that hasn't started yet. This takes up half of a day where I could/should be studying! My only salvation is that hopefully the semester will be over or almost over when things pick up at the new job! So if I can manage to get ahead of the curve with school work maybe I can squeeze in a walk! I'm certainly going to try to!!!
