No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Well almost. The last month of 2011. I'm acomplished more this year regarding my weight loss goals than I have since 2007. Very proud of myself and my progress thus far. Some days I feel like I'm messing up and going to gain the weight back however some days I feel acomplished. Even on days where I haven't done my best I may receive a positive comment and that always boosts my spirits.
Goal for December. I would like to reach the 30lb loss by the end of the year, possibly the 35lb loss mark. I'm going to focus on drinking plenty of water and going to the gym since those are two areas I know that i have been slacking in. My trainings at work are ending so I will have a bit more time to focus and work to my personal goals instead of my work goals.
I'm looking forard to the last month of 2011. Gearing up to plan out 2012 and reach those running goals that I set forth this year. It will be a reality. I will be a runner!!
