I have had a breakthrough…a turning point…a watershed moment…the scale said 159.4!!!!! Do you know how many decades it’s been since I’ve seen the 150s? Look at the healthy stuff I’m eating…
Baked eggplant with plain breadcrumbs and a sprinkle of parmesean cheese. I made it just for me, because I am awesome that way.
Man--I thought those were cookies! :P
