No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
I had to give a presentation that was not very popular at work today, but considering that, it went pretty well. I was busy with back-to-back meetings and barely had time to work on my classroom! But it's all right, I'll figure it out on Sunday if I have to.
In one of my meetings, one of my friends whom I work with was talking to me and she said that one of our male coworkers had asked if I had lost a lot of weight. She told him yeah, and he said he was afraid to ask me without it sounding wrong. I thought it was a great compliment!
Here's the meal plan today:
B: coconut yogurt, 1 apple diced with pb, choc chips, and flaked coconut
L: small salad, 2 slices from a small, thin-crust pizza, 2 mt. dews
Snack: 1 c. honey nut chex w/milk
D: bbq pizza
