No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
So my friend has managed to lose 85 pounds and is still going strong. SHe told me that when she plateaus for more than 2 weeks she does a short liquid protein diet (2-10 days) to get her body back into losing mode and break through her plateaus, then she resumes her 1200 calorie diet and exercise. So its now my third day on it and i've lost 7 pounds!! So happy! A few more days and I will go back to my 1200 calories. Happy happy girl here.
