No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
A good day even with the stress of life going on. I did Power 90 Sweat tonight and man it killed me. But in a really good way. It really helps beat the blues and stress. My meal plan was kind of wacky but
Breakfast - Banana w/tablespoon of peanutbutter & blackberries
Snack - Lefse with fat free roasted red pepper hummus & 1 date (for digestion)
Snack - Cantaloupe & grapes
Lunch - Veggie Salad w/no fat no calorie dressing & topped with chickpeas
Snack - 2 Stalks celery & grape tomatoes
Snack - 1 Almond & Oat Granola Bar
Dinner - Spicy Cauliflower
I could have done without the granola bar. It was 130 calories for this scrawny little bar, but I am going to bed just a tad hungry so I guess I didn't blow it. Still waiting for Insanity to arrive. I want to get this party started. It seems like there are many of us on the same page for getting back in the swing of it. I can't tell you how great it is not to feel completely alone in this battle.

Comment by Cindy on August 15, 2012 at 10:13pm You are so right. Exercise is an excellent stress buster. I'm glad you had another great day of eating and the killer Power 90 Sweat.
I know exactly what you mean about the granola bars. They are so high in calories. Do you think about how few bites you get out of those things? I always do but I go ahead and eat 'em anyway. lol
Have a GREAT Thursday!

Comment by Karissa Kroblen on August 16, 2012 at 9:51am What a healthy menu! Do you feel hungry throughout the day? I know if I eat fruit for breakfast I'm STARVING about an hour later. How much time do you place between your meals?
Comment by Dee on August 16, 2012 at 6:26pm A wacky, wonderful wednesday! Your food choices look great, and of course you are a pro with your exercise program. All you have to do is more of the same!
