No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
My first week of weight loss is slowly coming to a close and today has been a test of willpower for sure. I haven't gotten to exercise everyday and I'm trying not to get down on myself for that. I've been trying to get off the couch and out of the house everyday which for the most part has happened. I did get a fantastic walk in on Wednesday, but as I'm sure we all know you can't just work out one day a week and expect to knock your weight loss out of the ballpark.
My goal for next week is to give myself 2 days of gym time. My husband is home on the days I work and go to class, so my plan is to get up early while everyone is sleeping and get my butt to the gym for some me time and weight lifting. I'm proud of myself for my eating this week. Today alone I had nothing over 500 calories at each meal and I don't feel hungry plus I've been getting a lot more water in. I've had a pretty hardcore diet coke addiction since I was young, and this week I've practically given them up completely.
Here's hoping willpower will keep going strong this next week.
