Wild Animals Do NOT Mix with Exercise!

So today has been good. I weighed myself, and I am happy to say that after just 3 days of being back on track mentally and physically, those 4 pounds have gone away. Yes! I didn't expect it to be THAT fast!

I went for my walk and it was sprinkling but rained harder and harder as I went...not a huge deal, I just kept going...And if you remember my pics from before, one of my walking paths is out an old dirt road (Well, MUD now!) I got about 1/2 way done and a small COYOTE zipped across the path in front of me--less than 10 feet ahead of me!!! Um. Ok, I am done with walking alone out there this Fall. I love nature and all, but that's too close for me!

That is so scary! Forget Zombies Run, you have a real life monster chase in your neighborhood! My aunt carries a stick to ward off mountain lions in her neighborhood- I'm like, why are you even WALKING if there's mountain lions?? What's a stick going to do? Time to join a gym! LOL!

Seeing wild animals is so cool--but yes, freaky if they're too close for comfort! :P

I had a family of skunks crossing my DRIVEWAY one evening when I was arriving home.  While I thought it was kind of cute and awesome (how often do you see that so close up IRL) I kept thinking, "PLEASE don't spray my car!" (If the car or headlights startled them)  Luckily, they kept on going as though they didn't see me.
