No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
I had one of those "Why wait" moments. I almost uttered the words, "I'll start in a few weeks" in a conversation with @bwJen and @amerrylife. We were talking about the sit-up, squat and push-up challenges that are here...
I've been toying with starting these for some time. I hardly have time for the gym. My weight training has plummeted. Why not start something like this I can do in my own (tiny) living room?There's no time like the present! right?
I love these challenges because they require no equipment and they start you off at your own personal level. There truly is no excuse not to try at least one of the challenges this week!
So I'm not going to wait. I'm taking the tests tomorrow Week 1 starts Saturday. So what say you? Are you ready for they challenge. Join us and post your progress on the blog?
