No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Over a year ago I changed my lifestyle and began my weight loss journey. I lost 100 pounds eating healthily and sensibly. I never really got ravenous hungry with my portion control, had craving sometimes but those I can just will away. Something changed a few weeks ago. I find myself bit craving but actually hungry. The uncomfortable hungry and it almost unquenchable some days. Some days I'm hungry all day no matter what I do. What gives? It makes no sense to go for over a year eating normally and not having any probs with hunger to just wake up one day and spend 3 weeks battling insatiable hunger. I so not understand. Nothing has changed, i'm not doin anything different/ What gives? I wonder if I should have my doc run a blood panel or something, I just know I have 25 more pounds I want to lose and feeling like my stomach is eating itself no matter how much I put in it isn't going to help. So frustrating! Alright, rant over.
