No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Well I haven't worked out since Thursday. Saturday it was just out of being lazy. Sunday I woke up sick as F***!!! I didn't eat much that day because I couldn't keep it down or in for that matter...:/ Yesterday same thing..I didnt even get off of the couch. Im dealing with my monthly PMS emotional self as well...gah dont you just love being a girl!? lol
Today I'm not feeling as sick but still feeling bleck..of course all of my co workers are "busy" tonight...yeah busy not fucking working!!!! So yeah I have to go in even though it could be a nasty flu who knows what it is. If I dont go in though I get fired because rules are you have to find someone to cover the shift or you are responsible. Yeah so I work 4 to 11 tonight that ought to be the shittt! :(
I feel effing bad that I haven't worked out in 5 damn days. I know its not really my fault considering I am sick..but still that is 5 days wasted when it comes to dropping more weight. I hate that I don't have the dedication that some people have. It irks me. Hope everyone else had a better day than I'm going to have.
Be kind to yourself when you're sick. Focus on recovery. :)
First off, you are ill. So stop beating yourself up for not working out. You do need to allow your body to heal. Pushing yourself could only prolong things. As for not dedicated?? YOU??!! Oh please, what I've seen you accomplish since you've been on BTL is freaking amazing. I hope you are feeling better really soon.
