No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
I worked out last night did a HIIT session of Turbofire. I killed it of course. lol The sickness is finally subsiding. I feel pretty good today no 15 morning trips to the bathroom.. ha TMI?? Anyway... Im thankful for that. Planning on doing my lifting tonight and Turbofire this afternoon. I dont even want to get on the scale this week. So therefore I will not. I need to cleanse myself out a little. Honestly Ive been eating like shit this week top that with no working out on Monday.... sigh. We all know what that leads to with this girl. A gain. I just dont even want to look at it. I LOVE MY SCALE it keeps me motivated like crazy but I also know when I should stay off of it. If there is a week where I slacked there is no sense in getting on that thing just to see that I failed. That seems to put me into a downward spiral. Im just going to eat clean the rest of the week and into next week of course then weight in sometime when I dont feel so bloated and BLAH.
