No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
What is it about fall and wanting to eat warm, gooey comfort food? It seems like I can't say no. It's been chilly here and all I want is chocolate, caramel and preferably together. Sure, when you put them on an apple it seems a little healthier but not in the quantity I have been eating.

Yeah-if you do a caramel apple, at least it's healthy with fiber! :)
Comment by Mary on September 19, 2012 at 1:35pm Have you tried baking some butternut squash? we did it yesterday...just cut it up into bite size pieces and bake at 350 until you can pierce it with a fork...then baste it with a mixture of butter and maple syrup and bake it for another five minutes so that it can get a little crispy...omy is it good!!
