No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

I've had a really hard time sleeping through the whole night this week and it finally caught up with me. I got home at around 6 and then soon after our electricity went out for some reason. I fell asleep went into a sleep coma for almost FOUR hours! I woke up at 10pm thinking it was morning time. Now I'm sure I'll be up half the night. I guess I needed the sleep. That's all I can say. I did want to go to the gym to do yoga or something but that did not happen.

Food today was good but I didn't really bring enough so I had kind of a really early (and cold) dinner. Now I'm only a little hungry but don't want to eat this late.

TGIF!!! May the weekend pass by slowly!

Food:

Breakfast: coffee, plain yogurt, mix of granola/flax/chia/coconut/cocoa powder

Snack: fresh berries

Lunch: thawed out, homemade roasted veggie soup/puree

Snack: fruit and nut mix

Dinner-ish: 1 cold chicken breast and 1/2 bagel with butter, cinnamon and sugar

I also won't eat late.  Maybe it's because when I was growing up, I'd always heard that if you eat after 6:30, you'd gain weight? Something like that.....
