No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
So to give you an idea of how I switched over my eating--And I have to say, even though I have the edge of a cold/sickness, I had SOOO much more energy at the end of the day.
Monday I consumed:
nutrigrain cereal bar, almonds, skim milk and my vitamins
red grapes, coffee
fruit smoothie with greek yogurt, mixed berries, skim milk
chicken salad no bread, wheat thin crackers, 2 oz orange juice
Jello fat free chocolate pudding
Drank lots of hot tea and water
Sunday--before switching to my "healthy" mode I consumed
Regular bagel with full fat cream cheese, orange juice
Tossed salad with blue cheese dressing, spaghetti and meatballs, Diet Coke
Reese's peanut butter cups (several), Diet Coke
Crackers, sharp cheese, Several large pretzel Rods
For dinner: 2 soft pretzels, Diet Coke, Ice cream with Magic Shell and Reese's pieces
Evening snack: Diet Coke and several more peanut butter cups
in other words, Garbage, and lots of Carbs
This is basically how I have been eating for the past few months, as opposed to the above eating, which is what I was doing for months before that.
