No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
I think I mentioned yesterday that I thought I would have about a 5 lb loss for the busy fitness week I had.
I weighed in this morning and it was 3. Can't say I wasn't a little let down by it, but I know I was building muscle--especially in my legs. So that was 12 lbs for the month of July. Yay for 12!!!!
My August goal will be 10 more pounds, by a lot of walking, biking, etc and eating good, fresh foods, drinking lots of water.

In the long run, the muscle will burn more calories than fat anyhow so you'll end up ahead! :)
12 pounds lost in 1 month is fantastic. I've never had that kind of record. Keep up the good work.
