Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

So I wanted to weigh in before my vaca, cuz I wanted to know where I stood, so I could hopefully keep track while Im gone.. not physically keep track but mentally...

 

Does anyone remember me talking about the belt holes? well I got to 7.. not quite 10, but thats fine.. I did something..

 

Weight as of 9/21 ~ 223

 

Umm so I dunno where that came from.. I moved the scale 4 times! got off and back on again... each time said 223.. uhhmm... ok I'LL TAKE IT!! hahah 7lbs since 9/11.. yoozah!!

 

OK so goal is to keep off the weight, while on vaca.. no weight gain.. none.. nope.. :)

 

I have talked with my mom about when we get back.. We have agreed that its going to be 100% diet when we get back.. I have told her she's allowed to finish the sodas in the house, but not allowed to buy any more.. and to try new reciepes from different places that are healthy to try.. as well as going to be walking nightly.. and early dinners like no later than 6.. and no eatting deserts or anything after that..

Super congrats on your loss! That's great! What a way to start your vacation and it should be a total motivator for vacay as well! Plus, you have a plan for when you get back! What else do you need?! Just an awesome, fun-filled, relaxing vacation! :)
