No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
1.8 down for my second WW weigh in.
I had to go two days early because of work. So I went to another location near my house. I thought it'd be awkward 1) without my friend who I started this journey out with 2) with a group I didn't know .... but ya know what? It wasn't bad. I even stayed for the meeting. Surprised myself.
Observations - I've become very intentional about what I am doing with my meal planning and what I consume. I may not be doing weekly planning, but I am planning out each day for the most part and packing my meals for work.
I need to become more consistent with movement and I am getting there. So that's a work in progress at the moment.
I feel strong and determined. I think I got this .....
