No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Weighed in at 163.6 this morning! That's down 1.6 pounds from last week. What's working? Committing to my ironman workouts fully and tracking food on livestrong.
For the dietbet challenge I added 1.6 pounds to that number to account for clothes...but either way...that means I'm still down 1.6 pounds from my dietbet starting weight. 5.2 more pounds to go for the challenge!
