No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Weight - Down 1.4 pounds. Again. Hmmm

Food - Suprised for the loss as I was not real good about my snacking.

Exercise - Same story as usual. Ran 5 days & did 2 upper body DVD.

Mood - Cheerful.
