No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Weight - Zero loss. Grateful it is not a gain.

Exercise - Ran 5 days & 2 days upper body workout.

Food - I ate too many snacks. Nervous/mindless eating. Working in a grocery buying office is tough!! Free samples.

Mood - Staying positive. Reminding myself what I am doing right rather than what I am doing wrong.

I went to a free talk that was given at a new functional medicine office. I really could relate to what she was speaking on so I booked an appointment. I am hopeful I can get healthier. She gets hormones & tests for that. Finding the root of the health issues rather than treating the symptoms. I can not wait to get this going. Navigation of my health alone is tough. Traditional medicine hasn't worked for me, but since the government got involved with healthcare it comes as no surprise. Here's to getting well.
