Weight - Down 1.6 pounds. 2nd week in a row seeing a loss.
Exercise - Still running 5 days a week but did cut the mileage to 17 but still did 2 upper body workouts.
Food - it was my birthday on Tuesday so I did indulge, but back on track. I also cut out the work crap!
Mood - As a very sensitive individual, my feelings can be hurt easily. Work has been a struggle for sure.
I am really placing my focus on my eating this month. I am really working to eat only when I am hungry. Only when my stomach growls. I have had too much mindless eating going on, especially at my job. This week I was pretty successful. I have been toying with the idea of doing a 1/2 marathon but no decision has been struck. I may just follow a training plan. My running has been all over the place & thought I need a plan.
