No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Weight - Up 0.4 pounds. Office food. Too much snacking.

Exercise - Ran 21 miles. 2 upper body workouts.

Food - Needs work. Ugh!

Mood - Down on myself. I would just like to be comfortable in my own skin. I am tired of the shame I feel when I see myself in a mirror.
