Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Weight - Up 1.6 pounds. What was lost is now found. Ugh!

Exercise- Ran 5 days & upper body 2. Considering training for a 1/2.

Food - Good choices, but still too much salt snacks.

Mood - Good until the scale. At least it doesn't effect my mood like it used to. Happy Easter to all.

Paula - are you tracking somewhere?  It really does help.  And its okay to snack, you just have to build them into your day.

@ LindaB - I do track. I write down my portions that are weighed on my kitchen scale. My issue is I stress snack at work. It has become such a bad habit. I am working toward eating just 3 meals a day & eating only if I am hungry.
