No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Weight - Down 0.2 pounds. I will take it!

Exercise - Ran 5 days. Did 2 upper body resistance workouts. Held a fore arm plank for 1 minute.

Food - I ate too much. I found I do eat at work since food is so readily available.

Mood - So ready for spring baby!!

New month means time for goals.

1. Food plan.
2. Stop small mindless tastes, mini candy etc at work.
3. Keep with my workouts.

I love the movement you are getting in.  Strong > Skinny.  I'd fall on my face if I tried to hold a plank.  LOL  You are doing great and I love how consistent you are.  You challenge me to do better. 

Consider this.  May 2nd is registration day for the Disney Princess run.  Would you like to do it with my group and I?  Go to rundisney and get the details and sign up for a reminder to register.  You will have to sit by your computer 30 minutes before ready to get in cause it sells out fast.  Its next February.
