Weight - Up 0.8 pounds.
Exercise - Ran 27 miles & did 2 upper body resistance workouts
Food - Had a few mini stress eating binges.
Mood - Disappointment with my progress.
After watching an episode of extreme weight loss on TV, a couple was working out 2 hours a day with Chris Powell. The husband stuck with the diet, the wife was closet eating. It was determined that she wasn't losing weight because of this over eating. Once she did stick to the eating plan she lost weight. I guess it is so true that you can not out exercise a bad diet. Even on that show My 600 pound life, the Dr. tells them that even with weight loss surgery they will still need to do the work. Eat healthy & get exercise. There is no magic pill. I am going to really shift my focus to healthy eating. I need a few losses in a row if I am going to keep going. i have to stop the crap from going into my mouth. Period.
