No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Honestly it was an okay week nothing fantastic. It's been crazy busy at work and I have literally been running my but off.
Weight- Down 4.5 lb
Food- I did okay this week but it could have definitely been better and knowing that I should be making better choices makes me feel guilty after I make a poor choice. I also need to be better about documenting in mfp.
Exercise- I was able to get a 1.5 mile walk in today and want to start some gardening and possibly get a bike ride in but we'll see.
Mood- Tired and honestly I just want to take a nap...
But again it all comes down to choices I can CHOOSE to take a nap or I can CHOOSE to get my butt up and start working on getting my seeds started for my garden.
