Weight - Down 1.4 pounds.

Exercise - 30 miles on the treadmill.

Food - Cut back some. Need to do more.

Mood - Meh, winter blues I suppose.

I'm right there with ya with feeling burnt out between work and the weather we had another snow storm yesterday.

Good loss this week Paula!  Do you think cutting back on food did the trick?  I hear you with winter blues!  Wish I had a tropical vacation planned right about now!!!!!!!!!
