No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Weight - Down 1.0 pound. Relief to see it go down

Food - I did make better choices, but I still ate too much & snacked too much.

Exercise - I really kicked up my running. I ran 27 miles.

Mood - Really trying on focusing on me & not the world at large.

Today I bought myself a foam roller. I was hoping it will help me feel better. I have been running so much over the last year or better & although I do stretch afterwards it just isn't enough. I really need to focus more on getting my eating in line. I know the extra snacks is slowing my weight loss. Here is to a better week.

Has anyone used a foam roller?

Yes! I love a love/hate relationship with my foam roller. It really is the only thing that helps work out my sore muscles after a killer class (especially my tight hamstrings and quads). It is uncomfortable in the moment, but works so good!

I have been using my roller. It is a torture tube for sure. But I think I will reap the benefits.
