No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Weight - Down .4 pounds.

Exercise - Running 5 days a week. I have cut back since I am not sure if I hurt my high hamstring. I ran 15 miles.

Food - I am making better choices. I did not gain weight in the last 4 weeks of December.

Mood - Positive.

2016 was better than 2015. Although I am not at goal, I lost 15 pounds from 1/1/2016 - 12/31/2016. I ran 5 races in 2016. Here is to 2017.

Hi Paula!!! I've been thinking about you and wondering if you were still running! You are doing great! I'm back to tracking my food and it feels so good! I'll post an update soon! So glad to log on and see your post:)
