No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
So today I have started to make a few changes in my life. I am 21 years old and weigh 308 pounds. I have been overweight for a very long time, and I keep wanting to change, but I feel as though I just dont have the will power, courage, or what ever else it takes to finally do it. 308 is my highest weight. I never have energy, I don't sleep well, not to mention the social problems. In looking at things to do on vacation, I realized that most things I will not be able to do because of my weight. Today is the first day of the rest of my life. :) wish me luck

Comment by Sierra Davis on August 8, 2012 at 7:06pm So far, my plan is watch calories. I usually eat a lot of fast food and most of the time i will get a large soda with no ice. I have made a promise not to eat junk anymore. And I am only drinking milk, water, juice, and green tea.
I also am really trying to exercise, but my husband isnt really up for it, so I am currently looking for a workout partner in my area!

Welcome. You will find support and encouragement here. Like Cindy, I count calories and work to eat as wholesome and low fat as I can. I do home exercise DVD's and it works for me. I get in exercise most days. Like my exercise DVD says. Decide. Commit. Succeed. You have the deciding part down. Make the commitment to begin and you will succeed!
