Woohoo I hit my 5% goal!!!
Next Goal is 10%
Last week I didn’t lose any weight even though I was exercising and making good decisions. I saw that another member said to eat your activity points. So I tried to really make a conscience effort to eat them. I was going to stop exercising all together but I thought about how stupid that sounded.
Friday – Couch to 5K (Week 2)
Saturday – Went to Dog Park and walked 30 Minutes
Sunday – Went to Dog Park and walked 30 Minutes
Monday – Couch to 5K (Week 3)
Tuesday – None
Wednesday – 1 hour Cycling Class
Thursday – Couch to 5K (Week 3)
