No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
I'm a little behind - it was a busy weekend. I went to boot camp Saturday morning for 530 AM. It was about an hour and 15 minutes long. there was only 14 of us. we started out with agility ladders, on our feet and then our hands. Then we did the agility bands - which I couldn't do because of my arches - so I had to just use my body weight and not the bands. Then we went inside and did our stations... there were 8 stations total but I really would like to go to bed right now. I am very sore. I So I will edit this tomorrow night.
