Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

I lost 1 lb.  I felt hungry on rest days which does not make me want to take rest days.  Once I got the hang of it I was ok. I prefer the computer site to the App.  My calories are much less than they were on WW and I can feel my stomach shrinking as the meals I could eat before don't "fit". (in my stomach) Was hoping for a bigger loss but a pound is a pound.  I am bothered that you can not put in strength training for a workout and gain calories from it. :( On with week 2!

You are right, a pound is a pound and you're going in the right direction.  Yay!

I wear a heart rate monitor when I do my cardio and weights and created an exercise on MFP.   Call it "cardio + weights" and just add the time and the calories my HRM tells me I've burned.
