Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Well I have completed week 1 of my countdown and I feel amazing. I had a 2 pd. loss this week along with amazing energy and even improved sleep. I have also over came some mental issues that I have always used as an excuse. I was stressed and when I went to the fridge and saw that countdown hanging there I stopped and went back to my bike instead. I have even stopped myself more than once from eaing the foods that trigger me to binge. I haven't craved any soda. And my husband even bought me a subscription to women's health magazine as a incentive to keep it up. I am down 1 inch and feel so good looking at myself in the mirror. Today is my rest day we are under a freezing rain advisory so it's shaping up to be a pj and movie day. Well I hope everyone else had a great week.

Sounds like you had a great week! I love your idea of having the countdown slips. I am such a visual person. I need that reminder. I have my fitness calendar on my fridge so that everytime I go to grab a snack I am reminded of how hard I have worked so that I don't ruin it!
