No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Well - I made it almost a week, down 2.2 lbs (whew) - amazing how counting points works when you count them! (I also did a 7 day quick start kit from GNC a week and a half ago too and I do think that helped too). Now I just have to continue - and toss some exercise in the mix.
It's mostly about eating so don't feel bad/guilty if you wait on the exercise until you master the eating. :)
