No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Okay I know it isnt Wednesday anymore, but it is for me. :P
I had a freaking GREAT workout night. I started off working out with my 5 lb free weights.. ya know to get rid of my wonkey sausage arms. lol Okay so I start doing Cindy Crawfords Weight lifting segment was about 20 minutes in on that when I stated doing these other weight lifting exercises my friend told me to do. He is all freaking buff and into lifting, pretty much knows what he is talking about. It's like I have my own hot trainer without having to pay for it. ;) bahaha. So I asked him what I should be doing to work out these stupid fat areas. He gave me a group of 3 different exercises to do. 5 sets of 15. omg. I was feeling it DURING and I am more than feeling it NOW. Geez. That's a good thing though. What is sore is my damn triceps and my upper back..MY BIG ISSUES! Mission accomplished.
Okay so I am just getting done with this workout when Kaile comes over. We go to the Y. Of course all the treadmills are full, GRRRRR. Anyway we hop on the Elliptical Machines. Here is something this girl DID NOT KNOW! Those lil handlebars in the middle omg. I decided to grab a hold of those about 5 minutes in. Helllllllloooooooo ass and thigh muscles! Damn! I pushed through that for ten more minutes. Finally 2 people got off the treadmills. So of course Kaile and I were on those like stink on ...poo. lol. We busted out our workout there. I did not do the incline as much as I would normally, my legs were like JELLY from that stupid ten minutes of crazy elliptical. You know what though, I like that. Makes me think I may do that from now on. ;)
