No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Week two of the new job under the belt and it has confirmed my first impressions and that is "I have made the best decision!!"
I have gotten in some exercised between the incredible thunder storms with some runs, walks and today a Zumba class. Yeah, a Zumba class. I was pretty spastic, but I did sweat. A friend of mine teaches some PiYo classes at this open gym along with a Buns class. Its $5 a session. The great thing is its on the way home from work now that I'm going in a different direction - I drive right past it. I probably won't be able to get into a routine attending her classes until the school year starts because I'm still on 4x10s and the hours may make impossible right now. But I fully intend to start taking advantage of the opportunity at some point. Its also a great way to do some cross training which has been much needed for quite some time.
Food is always a struggle. I packed lunches again this week -- however, with the long 4th weekend, I of course gained a little and needed to catch back up from that. So I'm still floating between 1 and 2#s up and down.
Good thing -- my husband asked if I've lost. He said he sees it in my face and neck. So when the hubs notices that gotta be a WIN! I'd really love to be down 10#s by the time school starts in late August.
