Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Soooo I am feeling really good. I got down to 149.1 so I finally broke the 40 mark!!! I'm so excited about that, however yesterday I definitely ate two huge slices of pizza and went out to dinner as well, so that weight is now back on...lol. I got on this morning and was up to 150.2, but i'm not frustrated. I do need to kick it in gear though. The biggest loser competition is back on and the prize money is worth over $200. Plus with summer coming etc, I want to be in shape! I'm going to a wedding next weekend, so I would love to be down to about 147 or so by next weekend. I bought the two cutest dresses to wear, that will look really good if I drop another four pounds or so before then, so I gotta do it. This morning I did plyo P90X and abs, and then after school I'm doing Zumba with a bunch of teachers, so today is definitely a workout day for me:) This weekend I am going to  Traverse City for the weekend with family, so that should be fun...I have fun things planned for like the next five weekends:) Off to lunch! A salad, pulled pork, and an orange for me:)

Pizza is loaded w/sodium so I'm guessing it's fluid retention. :)
