Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Wow... It has been a year and a half since I have visited this blog.  I had the best intensions and I really wanted to be a blogger but I just cant seem to be consistant.  On the bright side... I cant believe how much my weight is down from my last visit.  I have been just trying to live a healthy life style.  I will always be a WW girl but I have not been a 100% on program.  I knew the weight was coming off slowly but I am happy to see that I am 18 lbs lighter than the last time I was here.  You could look at it two ways.  I could be depressed that I have only lost 18 lbs in a year and a half ... OR ... I can be happy that I have continued to go down on the scale. (Albeit SLOW)  I am only 15 lbs from my WW lifetime weight.  AND only 13 lbs from not having to pay for WW's. 

 

I would love to recommit and kick it into gear and get these last 15 lbs off. 

 

I am going to try again.  I am going to try to blog.  I am going to try to drink my water.  I am going to journal my food, and I am going to go back to a meeting. 

 

PLEASE..... Anyone with suggestions as a way to stay on track this time please let me know.  I would love to hear your ideas.  I did stumble upon a blod site (FireLitesFire.com) and they have a cool app for the Iphone where you snap pics of your food instead of journaling.   ANY IDEAS????

I think the answer to motivation of staying on track is different for everyone.  Figure out what your strenths and weaknesses are and what motivates you.  That might help. :)

What an accomplishment to lose and keep off 18 pounds. You are so close to your final goal too. Sometimes it is hard to keep at it. I struggle too. The last few months have been really tough but I am slowly going back down the right road.
