No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Tonight for dinner made an old standby recipe ( I had forgotten just how good it was) Videlia onions on the grill.
Here is how I made it: first slice the top off of one end of the onion, next slice thru the onion first in half, then in fourth's then in eight's. Next, sprinkle beef boullion over the top (I use aprox 1/2 tsp per onion), then add a aprox 1tsp of butter on top of the onion. wrap onion in double layer of foil and place on the grill for about 30min (I have made this in the oven as well...still very good).
